Archival Holdings
The Harry Sutherland Philatelic Library’s Archival Collections hold material from philatelists, philatelic organizations, and other figures or entities relevant to Canadian philatelic history.
Our institution currently receives donations of archival collections from philatelic organizations, and prominent philatelists or their estates. The acquisition of archival material is at the discretion of library staff with advisal from the library committee. If you would like to discuss donating your papers to the HSPL’s Archive, please contact us here.

Vertical Files
The vertical files are clippings and ephemera files on various subjects such as organized philately, postal history, and Canada Post. These VF are organized under two main categories: Stamps by Scott numbers/Expertizing Resources and the Vertical Files by Topics.
